Water Department

The Newcastle Public Works Authority has two divisions which are water and sewer. The City's overall growth has created more jobs, more money and better equipment and facilities. Newcastle has four water towers. The North tower holds 640,000 gallons of water. Lakeview holds 120,000 gallons of water. The West holds 120,000 gallons and Highway 9 holds over 610,000.
